Let us all take a knee…… or better yet let’s stand? Who in the hell knows what to do and why we are doing it? The point in Colin Kaepernick taking a knee during the national anthem, was to protest police brutality and murders against Black Americans. It started against police brutality and murders, and then people made it about the flag, then the soldiers, then the NFL, and now it’s about Donald Trump. What in the hell is going on? The point of a protest is to start dialogue that will lead to change around the subject of the protest. There has been dialogue started about the injustice but there are layers of bullshit dialogue that are piled on top of what matters. The point of the protests has been buried so deep that it isn’t even part of the conversations being had amongst individuals. The focus is now political and racial.

          I first want to say that Colin Kaepernick is brave for taking a knee during the national anthem, knowing the criticism and backlash that would accompany his actions. Regardless of what anyone thinks and that is including myself, it’s a brave act. The part that some black Americans just don’t understand is that, regardless of how it’s done the point is to speak up and take action against the murder of Black Americans by the police. You and I may think Colin had other motives for his actions, but at least he took ACTION. You must look at the bigger picture. Police brutality and the murdering of minorities by law enforcement has been happening since America was “discovered” (there is a reason for the quotes). I don’t think that will ever change as long as I shall live. The law was not meant for minorities to have fair treatment and it never will be that way. Black Americans being killed in cold blood while being recorded on camera, still isn’t enough for a conviction in the American judicial system. This is unfair and there shouldn’t be anyone that see’s it any other way.

          Murder is only just in a case of self-defense and there shouldn’t be any exceptions outside of that. The issue is that there has been footage of police shooting black men in the back while running or walking away. Black men have been killed many ways but all weren’t due to the police defending their lives or having their lives threatened. Police commit murder, go to trial, and then get to go home free and live in their misery. This fucking sucks, and needs to change from this day and going forward, but the only way this changes is if there is UNITY and ACTION. We all must sacrifice time, money and comfort. We must create discomfort for things to change and the way to create discomfort is to stand and be consistent in our stance. This stance must come from all races that are opposed to police murdering black men and not being convicted for a crime. I don’t care what you think about the protest, if it’s non-violent and peaceful it should be accepted.

          We must all work together and always keep the bigger picture in perspective. Disregard Donald Trump’s ignorance, and all other distractions and make this movement loud and uncomfortable for the government of the United States until change happens. The “uncle toms” will eventually fall in line and we all know who they are, but let them not be a distraction. Let all races and cultures assist and help in the movement of protest. United Americans will create change today, one race just isn’t enough. Black Americans are a damaged race of people and help is needed to overcome any injustice in America. This is unfortunate but it’s the truth. Life isn’t fair for anyone but it’s especially unfair for the non-white American. This means that minorities must work harder and longer for what they want. Martin Luther King Jr. and many others sacrificed their lives for EQUALITY, now are you willing to do the same?

          This is something that I try and stay away from but hey why not write about it. Kevin Hart cheated. Funny man Kevin Hart was caught cheating on his “Rib” wife Eniko Hart. I don’t know what happened or how it happened but something happened. Kevin has been handling his fame gracefully and intelligently up until this point. He has had small issues that he’s handled and were eventually swept under the rug. Kevin Hart’s character and his work as an actor and comedian has been in the limelight for quite some time now. His character and work has also been greatly admired, but there are some questions that I have behind his cheating.
                                                                  Why?
 
          Kevin, why get married? Why do men get married and then cheat? Just keep the boyfriend and girlfriend status going. It has been known an understood in business, that having a wife or husband in business is better for the image. There will never be a President of the United States of America that has a relationship status of single anytime soon, I think. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with being single in a political position but politicians and society just wouldn’t allow it. Business and business relationships go to the next level when the meeting includes the spouses, and they like each other. Why does this matter? The spouses never really have a say in the business between the two, but you must meet the wife or husband. Kevin, shut the hell up. You have been all over social media and have done tons of interviews bragging on your wife and how she is “everything” to you and how she is your “soulmate”. You opened all doors for the bullshit that you are facing right now. Too much exposure leaves you open for criticism, opinions, and people that want money from you. I mean, I am writing a post about it and I don’t have a clue of who you are or what your about personally. Keep most of your life to yourself and between your family.

                                                         Motive.
 
          The apology was dumb and should have been kept private. I understand why he did it, smart PR business move. Beat the video to the public and hopefully gain some sympathy to eventually have the video die out. This may be a move for his new comedy special. New controversial material will create eager people dying to know why and what you did wrong and laugh at your pain, all pun intended. The world knows Kevin exposes his business on stage and majority of it is hilarious. I would definitely watch to see what really happened, even though it will be a watered-down version of the truth. No one can judge Kevin for what he has done now or what he may do again in the future. He has to deal with this all on his own.
 
          What I do want to say is that if it isn’t broken don’t try and fix it. Stop marrying and having kids with women for your own selfish ass reasons. Stay her boyfriend and keep the drama and humiliation at a lower scale, and please don’t bring kids into the relationship. Monogamy, it isn’t for everyone and it’s hard to admit because society and some religions says its wrong to be non-monogamous, but do what you feel in your heart is best for you and spare yourself the drama. This will first take you being honest with yourself and then honest with your companion. Live up to your expectations and disregard the worlds expectations of you and for you.

          I am currently in Murfreesboro Tennessee in a Residence Inn Marriott hotel. My residence is in Miami Beach Florida. YES, Miami Beach Florida. I just moved there this past April of 2017. It has been my dream to move in the exact area that I currently live in and couldn’t imagine starting my Florida living anywhere else. After 8 long years of trying to accomplish the goal of moving to Miami Beach, here comes a BBW named Irma. Hurricane Irma is set to start its destruction of Miami and Florida Saturday September 9, 2017 and ending the afternoon of September 10, 2017.  This is set to be a category 5 hurricane with wind speeds of 185 mph. Some of her destruction has been seen and felt in the Caribbean as of this week. I chose to move 3 blocks west of the Atlantic Ocean in a first-floor apartment facing the street. I have been trying to move to this area for the past 8 years and the year I do get the opportunity to move there, here comes hurricane Irma.

          Why now? Why is this happening to me? Who is to blame for all of this? What did I do to deserve this? All the questions start immediately upon knowing that evacuating my home is necessary. The questions come first, then anger, and then the depression. All this shit happens fast and can hit you all at once. This can be devastating to a person’s psyche if the correct mental conditioning has not been practiced. The Hurricane hasn’t even happened in Florida and all these things have gone on in my mind. I give myself some hours or a day to feel this way and a day being the maximum amount of time to have these thoughts and feelings. Once that maximum time passes it is time for me to GET OVER IT and keep going. Dwelling on the circumstances and being depressed will get me NOWHERE fast. Being depressed and sad is such a waste of energy and time, and will soon affect you physically. Those feelings affect your body and health as well and multiplying problems are not good for the current circumstances.

          Irma, I welcome you with un-opened arms and I will be eager to say goodbye to you. I know this is your season and you usually come to visit and destroy lives with your natural power. So many people have warned me about you possibly visiting and I wasn’t scared then I am not scared now. I could give a damn about what you break or destroy. That shit doesn’t own me or motivate me in life. My motivation and inspiration in life is greater than materials and “stability”. I am mentally stable and comfortable with who and where I am in life. Florida is where I live and it will take a bit more to scare me off than some wind and flooding. Do you know life is difficult with or without you? Do you know that you aren’t forever and that life goes on after you? You will be forgotten soon after and things will go back to normal and Hurricane Irma will Pass. So, this letter that I write to you in my hotel room in Murfreesboro Tennessee is to let you know that I will be home soon and I am already over your existence.

          There is nothing you can do about natural disasters. You just make sure you’re prepared mentally and physically. If you are in the area where the hurricane is set to land then you need to make sure you have the proper shelter and that you have enough food and water. Prepare your home for the wind and flooding if you do decide to leave your home for a safer area or if you decide to stay. Control what you can and don’t worry about what you can’t control. Keep smiling and living because there is LIFE after disaster. Hurricane Irma will Pass!
